Bee Field Farm Medicinal Herb Garden contains 0ver 100 different herbs. All the flowers and shrubs planted in our garden have been planted for their medicinal, edible or pollination uses. We use organic and Biodynamic gardening practices to enhance and enrich the fertility of our beautiful garden by:
Seeding and transplanting according to the moon. Using herbal teas and preparations
Making our own compost. Avoiding synthetic chemicals and GMO seeds. Our preparation process is very simple. We harvest, strip, sort, clean, infuse and pour our products by hand. Handcrafting our products ensure their freshness and vitality. For visitors who wish to learn more about the healing properties of plants, we offer workshops. Salmon and Roasted potatoes:

4 Atlantic salmon (Sanders fish truck)
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp pickle and garlic mustard (the mustard guy)
Juice from 1 lemon
chopped parsley
Garlic powder (the garlic guy)
salt and pepper

lightly oil a pan with olive oil. lay the salmon. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients. Pour sauce over garlic and bake at 350F

For roasted potatoes best use small potatoes. bring them to boil. drain and cut into half. Mix with olive oil, garlic, salt and rosemary and bake at 350F.

Add a green salad and enjoy.
