2LBS LAMB STEW MEAT; 1/4 CUP FLOUR; 1/2 TSP SALT/PEPPER; 1-1/2 CUPS BROTH; 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE; 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED; 1 BAY LEAF; 1 TSP PAPRIKA; 4 CARROTS, SLICED; 3 POTATOES, DICED; 1 ONION, CHOPPED; 1 STALK CELERY, SLICED;
Put meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt&pepper and pour over meat; Stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover; Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving. Makes 6 servings.
